SHIPMAN Federal Services, Inc. is a proud small business prime contractor on the Naval Sea Systems Command's (NAVSEA) Virtual SYSCOM (VS), SeaPort-Enhanced (SeaPort-e) multiple award contract. Our company qualifies for the National Capital Region, Zone 2. SeaPort-e makes electronic procurement of engineering, technical, and programmatic support services at NAVSEA a reality. The Navy VS Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) have leveraged the successes and efficiencies of the SeaPort-e business model by designating SeaPort-e the vehicle of choice for future engineering, financial, and program management contractor support services.
